ybor city master plan - tampa, florida – december 1995

consulting with the the ybor city development agency, kevin assisted in creating a master plan for tampa�s historic latin quarter. the plan included perimeter treatment, identified gateway opportunities, designated open space preservation new construction development areas, and deSsignated the transportation corridor for the redeveloped streetcar system. ybor city is once again a bustling district full of cultural, gastronomical, and theatrical delights, museums, and music.
