kevin worked with rigall and parker to create a master plan for this boulevard in florida to become the main transportation corridor for tampa's historic commercial waterfront. the project was a huge success as a catalyst for urban redevelopment in the warehouse district. it required realignment of several roadways into one main thoroughfare on which major new urban projects were located: i.e. cruise ship terminals, the florida aquarium, the tampa bay arena, the tampa port authority headquarters.
