master planning
this 25-acre, 900-unit condo community is one of the largest housing projects ever build in the city. lush garden courtyards and landscaped vista points make it the largest open space built in san francisco since golden gate park’s completion in the 1870s. decades ago, soil was stripped away from these cliffs to infill the san francisco bay and construct runways at san francisco international airport. seeds of native plant species were gathered and propagated to replant the open space and stabilize the cliff.
