credit analysis
in order to start the process, we first need to review a tri-merge credit report from all three bureaus. please select one of the following ways to retrieve your credit report:

• if you have a recent credit report (within 45-60 days old), fax a copy to us at 415.707.2180 or email a copy to approvals@kevinstephensdesign.com
• if you prefer to order your own credit report, contact http://annualcreditreport.com (free once a year)
• if you want us to order your report fill out our credit request form ($25 fee applies)

once we've received your report, we will analyze it. if your credit report qualifies for our credit restoration and loan approval program (i.e. it has a high potential for successful restore) we will notify you within 3 days.

credit restoration
credit restoration starts with your confirmation and takes approximately 90 days. you will be issued a user name and password to your online account, so you can follow the progress. in addition, once a month the credit bureaus will mail an update directly to you. the total cost is $1000. this cost can be credited at close of ksdg-associated loans and real estate purchases.
