the pasadera country club & golf course was developed for jack nicklaus. this planned community project elements included: 18 hole course, 350 homes, clubhouse, gatehouse, and recreational trails. the landscape architecture for this project had an emphasis was placed on native and drought tolerant plantings. the country club features a 38,000 square foot clubhouse complete with a formal main dining area, casual grille, and men’s and ladies locker rooms and lounge areas. the spanish décor provides deep tranquility.
