the landscape architecture for this planned community, including seventy 3000 square foot single-family homes was taken from schematic design through construction to completion. this project included planning and designing a park component that serves as a connecter to a regional linear park system, a drainage way created with native plantings, a streetscape for a new state road through the property and homes, a recreational trail tunnel connecting two portions of the linear park under the new state road, and a portion of a community park.
