garrison channel - tampa, florida – march 1997
the master plan for this ten-acre waterfront parcel in downtown tampa included the tampa convention center hotel, high-rise and multi-family housing, restaurant and retail development, a 200 slip marina and waterfront park with an amphitheater. this space has flourished and a new 60,000 square foot tampa bay history museum will break ground on the banks of the channel this year.
