this 1920s bungalow remodel in the utica square shopping and restaurant district of midtown tulsa, ok sold for $230K, 45 days prior to completion. the house was completely gutted and redone with new, plumbing, electrical, heat and cooling systems. four small rooms were consolidated into a spacious modern kitchen with custom walnut cabinets, black granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. the hall bath was restored and the master suite was completely updated adding french doors to a new deck to the spacious backyard. construction was completed by patrick and daniel matlach, owners of level construction.
